Dan is a true, unwavering conservative with extensive service to the Republican Party. He has served as an Ohio Republican State Central Committeeman, as Legal Counsel and Chairman of Lawyers for both McCain-Palin and Romney-Ryan, and on the Central Committee of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County.

In addition to his legal work, Dan is also an active and engaged member of our community. He is a four-term member of the Vestry of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Chagrin Falls and proudly works as an Admissions Officer (Congressional Districts 11 and 14) for the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dan has been counseling and litigating on behalf of clients for nearly 40 years, from local municipalities to federal courts across the country. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and has been recognized as one of Cleveland’s Top-Rated Lawyers (ALM) every year since 2012.
